James Atkins

I am a PhD candidate in Economics at Northwestern University.

My research is in Industrial Organization, with a particular focus on media and digital markets. I am also interested in computational methods in economics.

I am a graduate of Bocconi University, where I studied for a master's degree in Economic and Social Sciences. I gained my bachelor's degree, also in Economics, from the University of Cambridge. Between my bachelor's and master's, I worked at a London-based economic consultancy where I supported bidders and auctioneers in high-value auctions.
